Here at the Real Wrap (and Beer) Company, our mission is to reduce food waste. Food production is one of the biggest impacts on the planet and one-third of all food is wasted. We are one of the leading sandwich manufacturers in the UK and one of our biggest issues is our bread crusts. We have approximately 60,000 a week that go to an anaerobic digestion centre
So, in 2024 we build a microbrewery in our sandwich factory, and have started brewing some delicious beer where roughly 10% of the grain bill contains our surplus bread crusts – cheers to that!
The Beers in this set will be Disco Juice – Session IPA – 4.8%abv and either Ekuanot Dance – Pale Ale – 4.3% abv or Tropi-Carnival – Pale Ale – 4.7% abv
