What’s a chuckleberry you ask? Created in Norfolk, it’s a cross between a redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry (a cross itself of gooseberry and blackcurrant). A blackcurrant like red/purple fruit with a sharp but equally sweet, complex flavour profile. Truly versatile, whether spread on toast, stirred through yogurt or served with a cheeseboard.
