Important Delivery Information
We make the scones and Devon splits fresh on the day of despatch. The cream and cheese are fresh and kept chilled in transit, they must be refrigerated immediately on arrival. For the most eating pleasure, please consume within 2 days of receipt. The scones and splits can be eaten at room temperature or for the best result warmed gently in an oven.
UK Mainland delivery only and currently we do not deliver further north of Glasgow.
Delivery Dates, if you have an important date/special occasion and you need the cream tea to arrive on then we recommend you have it delivered the day before. Everything is sent out fresh on the day of despatch so will still be at it’s best the following day.
We deliver Tuesday – Friday, and all orders must be received by noon to be despatched on a next day service, we do not despatch on Fridays or over the weekend as we consider our fresh scones and cream not be at their best if left in the carrier’s depot over the weekend.
Please note any orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be received the next day.
We cannot accept liability for delivery failures as events out of anyone’s control such as adverse weather, motorway accidents, etc., may result a 24 hour by our carrier.
We reserve the right to make any reasonable substitutions.
