- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- “Website” refers to Taste of the West Country accessible from Taste of the West Ltd
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right 48 hours before your delivery date. Notice of such cancellation must be given in writing to Taste of the West’s Customer service team, details as provided below. If you decide to cancel, we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will make the reimbursement no later than 30 days after we receive your notification

Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied with any of the good received then you are encouraged to make contact with us as soon as possible following delivery. We will then investigate the issue and if you are not entirely satisfied, we will either provide you with a credit note to spend on future purchases or a refund within 30 days of the order date, or arrange for the goods to be returned by yourself to us and will be subject to due compliance by you with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or miss-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.If you are returning goods on instruction from ourselves, you should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held legally responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend all our sellers use an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
