We are Bader and Ross, founders of RUTAB, a luxury date confectionery business based in Chilcompton, Somerset. With a deep passion for the Middle East and Bader’s Jordanian heritage, we embarked on this venture to bring the finest Medjool dates to the UK, crafted with a contemporary, Western twist.

Our dates are sourced from the lush regions of Jordan and Palestine, ensuring exceptional quality from the very start. Each date is carefully de-stoned, infused with exquisite fillings, and then enrobed in hand-tempered Belgian chocolate, creating a truly indulgent experience.
